About Us

Geneva Homes, Inc. has been building quality affordable manufactured homes in the Finger Lakes areas for 70 years. 

Where It All Began

Geneva Homes, Inc. has been family owned since 1955. Joe and Betty Padlick are the original family who established Geneva Homes. Then, in 1985 Jeff and Kathy Padlick took over the family business. Jeff invested back into the business and it has grown to what we now know as Geneva Homes, Inc.

Where We Are Today

In January 2017, Khris and Kassie Padlick-Field have taken over and we are now on the 3rd generation. With two promises that had to be made to take over from Jeff: The first being that our customers will be the most important aspect to the business. Second was to keep it in the family and to pass down to their children.

What We Offer

Home Sales

We sell manufactured homes and can help with the process from start to finish. We can help you find the land and/or a community specific to your needs, get you site improvement estimates if needed, design and customize the specific home needed/wanted, and we can help get you financing.

Service Department

We pride ourselves on customer service. Our services include re-levels, re-level checks, skirting, home inspections.

Knowledge

The most important service we offer at Geneva Homes, Inc. Is the knowledge to help you make the correct decisions the first time. Our company’s guiding principle is to provide knowledgeable, friendly and prompt service to serve your needs.

Skirting Installation

Our service team can install either standard vinyl skirting in a choice of colors or Rapid Wall in a choice of three colors. Rapid Wall has a lifetime limited warranty on the home its installed on.

Door & Window Installations

Our service team installs combination doors and outswing doors. All of our doors units are made specifically for manufactured/mobile homes. With years of experience with installation, Geneva Homes Inc. guarantees our workmanship for three years.
